This is how you become a badass. You strap yourself to the side of a helicopter to bring your brother home to his family. One thing most of these videos don't tell you is that the US Air Force lent a B-1 bomber and some A-10 attack planes to this rescue mission. The B-1 dropped bombs on the far side of the compound the Marine was in while the A-10s laid waste to the Taliban ahead of the choppers. Imagine being a part of that mission and seeing a dude on the wing of an Apache probably wishing the chopper would haul ass faster than it could to reach his friend. That's the definition of being a badass.

Oh.... and i also personally cleared the police station in Kuwait City with a young U S. soldier who i scared the life out of whilst clearing the place, Palestinians had taken it over as the Iraqis fled and one of the stupid ragheads decided it was a good idea to machete his own foot off and was sat there screaming in a pool of his own blood ... we didn't laugh ... honest 🤣🤣🤣.. met a 3 star U.S. general who was built like a brick shit house and he let me handle his gold plated desert eagle (way to heavy for me) while he was being interviewed by Stars and Stripes magazine.

O.k. for anyone reading my comments .. yes i was there after this calmed down a day later me and my oppo Tony got a bollocking becuase we had our camp cots out having a bit of a sun bathe in front of the embssdy as Sir Peter DeBilliare was landing on the waste land outside the embassy and we had to do swifty and get sorted sharpish before he clocked us. in nearly all the vids I've seen in action against the taliban the 50 cals have had stoppages or malfunctioned ,dust sand??

I can say this now after I've left the MILITARY but this was an absolute clusterf**k of a OPERATION from the very start of there objective to capture or kill (HVT) High value targets and this was definitely and sadly a BLUE in BLUE (FRIENDLY FIRE) But the BRITISH MINISTRY OF DEFENCE(MOD) won't release or admit that kind of information because it will make them look incompetent fools which they are anyway so it wouldn't of made a difference.And I valsi applaud the pilots who seem to be forgotten about in this video but they jumped out there APACHE under fire to strap on the fatally wounded British *ROYAL MARINE COMMANDO* BUT TO MY BROTHER IN ARMS REST IN PEACE* 💂
